Wage-Setting Decision 3/2009

This decision adjusted the Supported Wage System Pay Scale to increase the minimum weekly payment under the supported wage system from $69 per week to $71 per week:

Employees with a disability who are able to earn full adult, junior or trainees wages as the effects of their disability do not impact on their productive capacity (Special FMW No.1)
