On 31 March 2007 the Australian Fair Pay Commission invited written submissions from interested groups and individuals wishing to provide input into a review of minimum wage arrangements in the real estate sector. Submissions to this review closed on 30 April 2007.
The Australian Fair Pay Commission undertook to post submissions on its website except those where confidentiality was requested. However, the Commission maintains a discretion to withold submissions that are considered to fall outside the performance of its statutory functions.
The Commission has posted 10 submissions on its website.
