The Australian Fair Pay Commission Secretariat conducts an ongoing research program that provides independent research and analysis to inform wage-setting decisions and monitor their impacts. The Commission’s commitment to high quality research is outlined in its Research Charter.
The research program consists of a mix of projects commissioned from external researchers as well as using the in-house research capability of the Secretariat.
The Secretariat has undertaken to publish all research it has commissioned.
