Agency contract listing
Pursuant to the Senate Order on departmental and agency contracts, agencies established under the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997 are required – for each calendar and financial year - to report contracts that:
- provide for a consideration to the value of $100,000 or more; and
- have not been fully performed; or
- have been entered into during the 12 month period.

The Secretariat’s total cost of complying with the Senate Order for the 2007/08 financial year listing was estimated at $82.00. The method used to calculate this estimate was based on salary levels involved in the compilation, review, and publication process, together with associated on-costs.
